Smartbabies Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners who want new concrete with independent providers. If you pour driveways, patios or stamped surfaces, you may fit.

This is not a job offer. You stay your own boss. You run your own crew, set your own prices and manage your own schedule.

Who we are looking for

We want contractors who do new flatwork in the Dublin area. That includes:

• Concrete driveways
• Stamped concrete work
• Concrete patios

You should know cold-climate concrete. Freeze-thaw cycles, snowmelt and coastal storms shape how a slab should be built here. Experience with older homes and tight lots is a plus.

What we expect

Homeowners call with real projects. Treat them well.

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state requires.
• Give clear written quotes.
• Explain what the homeowner can do and what you will handle.
• Be honest about timing and weather.
• Share care advice after the job, like sealing and winter habits.

We are not a channel for repair or complaint calls. We focus on new work.
