How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Smartbabies Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

Write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Smartbabies Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Site content that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one owns its estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, go to the provider first. Keep a written record.

Then tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers that keep falling short may be removed. But Smartbabies Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@smartbabies.living. Include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. That usually takes a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

Reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
